V rámci projektu budou vyvinuty nové pokročilé nosiče platinových léčiv a proléčiv. Nosiče budou
založeny na makrocyklických kavitandech, molekulárních schránkách a biokompatibilních polymerech.
Systémy léčivo-nosič budou chemicky a strukturně charakterizovány především pomocí NMR
spektroskopie jako primárního nástroje pro analýzu supramolekulárních útvarů. pH závislá aktivace
proléčiv a nosičů a fotoaktivace Pt(IV) komplexů bude zkoumána experimentálně a modelována pomocí
relativistických DFT metod. Biologická aktivita vyvinutých systémů bude studována na vybraných lidských nádorových liniích.
