Short-term glacier dynamics and its implications for runoff and sediment budget (GlaRS2021)

The project is focused on assessment of current mass balance of Bertil glacier (Billefjorden, central Svalbard). The glaciological measurements will be coupled with runoff measurements as an easy proxy for summer balance. This will be accompanied by catchment sediment budget.
